I tried to read Gold-tinted Spectacles by Beren (beren_writes), really I did. 
But the constant use of the young wizard, the young boy, the boy, the other boy, the Slytherin, the Gryffindor, the companion, the young woman, etc, etc, for just plain ol' Harry, Draco, Hermione and Ron put me off. One can take only so many euphemisms*. Especially since it's become ( Read more... )
